Full Version: Cannot Reset T20 Without Password

I cannot get the phone (T20) to reset. When I hold the OK button down it asks if I want to reset... I press OK again. Then it asks for username/password. Password is not admin and we don't know what it is. Please help. Firmware is 9.73.0.50.

The default username and password are both "admin", and Yealink will not change the it. Please contact your IT technician or your service provider to get the password. Thank you.
