Full Version: T26 Headset Ringback Issue

I've got a customer using T26 with firmware 60.70.23.2

Problem being experienced is when dialling via DSS key in headset mode there is zero ringback tone. only indication of audio is once call is answered at remote end or if the customer manually presses answer on the headset then the ringback is heard.

Its as if the phone is not taking the headset offhook correctly once it has sent the SIP Invite or RCV'd 183 session progress

I have attached a debug from phone and router that shows ringback being supplied.

Because your customer use the custom version for YUK, please ask YUK for help. They have the higher priority than forum.
And they have updated their version to V71 now.

What is YUK?

I did see V72 is available but I have not tried it as yet since the release notes do not mention this issue but I will give it a try
