We have installed a VP530 connected to a innovaphone IP3010.
We cannot open the door via the robin doorphone. VP530 does not send DTMF.
We have tried with the 3 different DTMF but that does not work.
It works with the other innovaphone phones.
Can you help us

Would you please tell me the firmware of the phone?
Can you try to reset the phone then test again?
