Hello,

Yealink T28P phones in an office location. These phones were previously working fine with PC ports. However, now we moved and setup a new office location with a better network setup

new network has separate voice network (voice vlan)

LLDP or voice vlan configuration from DHCP option 132 does not work. Phone will not goto voice network on boot. (Works fine on grandstream phones on same network).

Manually entered voice vlan ID "20", Phone works and establishes IP addresses on voice subnet.

When we connect computers to the PC Port. They do not get an IP address.

There any settings I need to change within the phone webGUI?

I just disabled DHCP VLAN option and 'enabled' PC port and such.

I need this working ASAP for office / customer. Thanks!
Sugget that you can manually configure the vlan ID for phone and PC via the web interface.
I've done this to no success.

Computer (Apple iMAC) gets bogus 169.254.X.X IP address on renew.

UPDATE:

I've solved and fixed the issue. Ended up being a problem with Cisco SG300 switches. Disabled CDP, and the auto voice vlan/smart port settings.

Now phones work properly with LLDP / DHCP option 132. Come up on voice VLAN. Best of all, PC port is working fine.
