Hi,
Since upgrading our SIP-T22P's to new firmware 7.71.0.140 we no longer see the number of the person we are talking to during a phone call. All that shows in the display during the call is the name of the caller and a large clock.
This makes it impossible to look up the caller in our CRM. I have tried to push buttons to bring up history and there is no way to access any information that shows the callers number. Please help!
