Hello all.

I was just about to do some maintenance like firmware upgrade on my W52P and W52H. On the homepage under the section for W52 I find two versions:

25.73.0.40
and
25.73.193.40

Which one do I need for my W52P and which for my W52H?

Hi,

W52P and W52H use different firmware.
Base firmware is 25.x.x.x Handset firmware is 26.x.x.x

x.x.193.x is a Broadsoft version,
x.x.0.x is a common, not customization version!

Check the base/handset firmware and upgrade the proper one.
