The Call Information Display Method setting does not change the format of a second incoming call, the second incoming call always displays the caller name. This is on Version 28.73.0.50

Hi,
please try to upgrade to the last firmware(28.80.0.70),and reset to factory,then test again.
after that,if this issue still exist,Please send the level 6 system log, config.bin file and PCAP traces to klaus@yealink.com.
