Notes, this is mentioned:
Contrast Specifies the contrast of the LCD screen display.
But I dont see anyway how to adjust the contrast per se. A feature listed but missing somehow?

Contrast is only for the expansion module:
You can only configure the contrast of the expansion module EXP40 connected to the
SIP-T48G IP phone to a comfortable level on the phone. Ensure that the expansion
module has been connected to the phone before configuration.
But that is OK, the phone is good the way it is.
