I've created a file name yealink.php on my server and
in Action URL of my T48G web interface I insert the links and variables as in the photo . After making some phone call in and out using this phone and check the database but nothing is saved

If I call this script from browser then it will show some data

So looks like my T48G does not triggers a GET request to my server
Phone has latest firmware 35.80.0.80

Can you please help

1. Do I need to rename the file on my server yealink.php -> help.xml .
2. Do I have to use IP address instead for server host name or domain

You fill the wrong syntax for URL.
