We are testing Call Waiting service with Broadworks Server.
Broadworks server sends SIP INFO message instead second Invite and phone T21P (36.80.0.70) answers with 200 OK. I don't hear beep rings or second incoming call on display in this scenario.

After I end first conversation, I see second call.

Please advice me how to fix this?

Hello,
36.80.0.70 is T41 firmware. If you are testing Broadsoft feature Please upgrade phone to specific Broadsoft firmware, do a reset and test again.
