Hi,
I installed a W52P at a customer's site and have to add a new handset, BUT...i can't log in to the webinterface anymore (newly created user ID pw don't work anymore).

How can I reset this to the default admin/admin?

Hi,

For this problem,please use your handset,follow the below path:

setting>>system settings>>base reset>>select ok

It will be ok.
