I have a brand new T48G which is stuck on initializing.
Before returning under warranty i want try to recover myself first.
Can somone form Yealink please provide me the official T48.bin and T48.rfs files?

What is so secretive about that recovery file that has to be sent by PM? It should be posted all over, so people can recover their phones without asking for it. Come on Yealink! What is up with that?

Could someone send me the files as well... And to second what someone else asked, why so secretive? I've seen several ftp links that require password, or receive them via PM or email support. Seems like such a common request for such a cludgy way to request them.
