Hi Support!

When a T46G user is on the line, and someone pages or intercoms them, it puts the first call on hold automatically, and then after the page they can resume the first call (barge in).

This happens even though call barge is disabled on the phone.

I would appreciate if someone could be at help
I have the T46G on the latest Firmware 28.72.0.1. i have been on a call and then had another phone try to intercom it. It does not barge in for me. I tried this on both an ext to ext call and then an outside call in as far as the type of call they t46g was on. Then i had another phone try to intercom it. The t46g showed an incoming call but did not allow a barge in. What firmware are you on?

Hi Abe1048,

What is the version of your T46G? What is your PBX?
In order to do more troubleshooting, please supply me syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap.
1. Before you export the syslog, please set syslog level as 6, and reboot the phone
2. then enter the webpage, find the pcap feature, click Start ,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop, and export the pcap, syslog, config.bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshots.)

These three files are very important to us, hope you can kindly understand.

Hi Support,

I have attached a pcap, please look into it, and let me know what you see wrong,

Thanks in advanced

28.72.0.2.com

Hi Support,

I have upgraded the T46G phones with firmware version: 28.72.0.2 and the issue wasn't resolved,

Let me explain the issue a little better,

We created intercom announcement features:

One code is for live intercom: that someone starts talking and all phones hear the announcement,

On the other code: someone talks into his phone, after he hangs up, the announcement plays on all phones,

The issue that if someone is on a call, and another person makes an announcement, the call automatically goes on hold and all phones get the announcement, and this happens even when “Intercom Barge” is disabled,

Thanks in advanced
