I found the instruction to recover the phone but nothing happened . Nothing show in the screen
Please help

Long press (speakerphone key) and reconnect the power adapter to trigger
the recovery mode. Do not release until the recovery mode wizard appears
on the phone LCD screen

Please change other power adapter and test again.
If it still can't work, I think it has hardware problem.
If the phone still in warrant time, please contact with your distributor or vender to replace the phone.
