Hey there,

I need to enable forwarding calls from a SIP terminal YEALINK manufacturer, model T20P. The problem is that when I do the deviation from the same terminal the call does not progress, tells me that the number does not exist. But when I make the detour from the terminal associated with the same line work properly. The phones are registered correctly on the CISCO Call Manager.

Do you mean that you enable the forward function, but it can't work.
But the forward number is correct, and you can take a call to the number.
Please tell me more detail info about this.
