This just started happening this Monday. Half our office is on softphone using XLite and the other half are using T20Ps, only the people using the physical phones are having issues with calls dropping anytime after 5 minutes.

1. Would you please tell me the firmware of the phones?
2. How many phones do you have? All of them have this issue?
3. Both incoming call and outgoing call have this issue?
4. Please help us to get a pcap trace/ level 6 syslog/ config.bin file. We can check something from them.
