Full Version: Time Synchronization not working

I keep enabling Time Synchronization, and it will work after initially confirming the changes, but it keeps getting disabled after 24 hours or reboot. This is on firmware 25.73.0.40.

for this issue , please make sure that the NTP server is working fine , then you can adjust the Synchronization Period parameter to 60 to see if it solved your issue or not .

webpage path : Phone -> Preference -> Synchronization Period value range is 60 to 86400

Time Synchronization works. That's not the problem.

The problem is that it getting disabled somehow.

If you are provisioning the phone then make sure this parameter is setup correctly in the template.
