Full Version: VP530 and register

We have a customer that has the VP530 working right but suddenly it says that the account is in a "unknown" state. Seeking for it in Asterisk we see that the account is correctly registered.

If we disable and enable the account it works perfectly again...

┬┐Is there any way to solve this?

When the account show "unknown", will the phones take incoming call and outgoing call?
What's the possiblity of the issue?
Sugget that you can descrease Server Expires(account->register) and Subscribe Period(account->advanced) then test again.
