Hi team,

I am facing once way audio issue in Enterprise series IP Phones ( T21_E2).

When X (enterprise Series phone) Calls Y (T21P Series phone) --

Y Can not hear X's voice but Y Can hear X's voice.

FW in E2 series phone - 52.80.0.70
FW in T21P series phone - 34.72.0.76

"Y Can not hear X's voice but Y Can hear X's voice."
Can you describe again for this problem?

Do the X mend the T21 E2?

BTW, how many phones do you have?
Can the issue occur T21P call to T21P or T21 E2 call to T21 E2?
