Full Version: time not syn from NTP server

Hello,
I have a problem with my phone Yealink SIP-T46G.
Firmware version 28.80.0.60
DHCP Time = Disabled
Primary Server = 0.ca.pool.ntp.org
Secondary Server = cn.pool.ntp.org

N.B.: i tried the two servers 0.ca.pool.ntp.org and cn.pool.ntp.org on multiple devices and works very well.

the problem is:
- The time synchronizes with the NTP server, but the wrong time is displayed.
Thank you to offer me an effective solution to this problem.

I followed the steps down, but still the same problem:

1.check if you have enable "DHCP time" feature,if yes,please disable that,then test again.
2.check if you select a correct time zone?
3.check if your NTP sever address is correct?

I'm getting the same problem. We having W52P with firmware Yealink 25.73.202.6 and T46G with firmware 28.80.202.14 and both are on Metaswitch and having NTP issue. We are receiving the NTP request but no one of these phone are getting the correct time.
