Full Version: VP530 No sound for caller incoming call

If i am called on my VP530 and i pickup, the person calling doesn't hear me.
I have no problem on the T22P nor on the T20P in my office.
So it is not the line, it clearly is the phone.

I tried different audio codecs, changed the preffered call type and about any other setting in the VP530, but no luck.
Do you have any sollution?

Can you hear the person calling you? Only the person calling you can't hear you?

Please help us to get the syslog and pcap and config.bin file, we can check something from them.

It's better you can also get the files from T22 or T20, so we can compare them.
