Can you explain how to do this? When I use prefix speed dial, it opens up a new line rather than typing the extension
And come-on we're still waiting on this in 2016? I'm a telecommuter, all extensions are remote and there are a lot of them. I don't even understand the two DSS key method or do this in the directory. Please help.

OK, so on further testing it looks like speed dial on one DSS key + DTMF on another DSS key dos the job.
