Hi
We are on Yealink T46G with the 28.80.0.70 firmware. The BLF Subscribe/Notify messages get sent properly and the lights follow. But every resubcribe, the Yealink "forgets" the status of the BLF and goes back to idle even if there is a call active on the monitored extension.

I'm not sure if the PBX is supposed to send the current status on every resubscription timer or if the Yealink should not forget the current status on a resubscribe.

A Yealink with asterisk works fine.
A Polycom with Vodia works fine.

But a Yealink with Vodia does not work, it clears the BLF calls on every resubscribe timer.
Hi,

Can you register the account of Vodia in other normally Yealink and Polycom phones.
If it still can't work, I think maybe it cause the server.
Or you can help us to get syslog file from the phone, we can check something from it.
You can get more info from the link: http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthrea...tid=1319
Yes, I can register the account on multiple phones. This happens with all our phones, I tested about 10. If I put the resubscribe timer to something higher or lower, the issue is reproduced with the timer interval. (yealink phone web, account - Subscribe Period(Seconds)

Do I send the syslog and trace files by e-mail or attach them here ?

Any news on this? Do you see anything wrong in the resubscribe sent by the PBX or the Yealink ?

Hi,

I had put this issue to our R&D. Normally, I will give you resopond next week.
Hi,

We checked the files, and we find the phone send the subscribe message to the server, but the server don't send the notify message to the phone. And you said the Polycom phone work well, so would you please help us to get a pcap file from the Polycom, we can compare the files to find the difference.
Thank you!
