Is there any way for the initiator of a 3 way conference call to leave the conference joining the other two callers?

hi

do you mean that when A create a conference with B and C , then A wants to transfer B to C and exist the call ?

if yes , you can finish it through below steps :

press split , then press Transfer and then select the number of B or C, at last , press OK to finish the transfer
