Hi!! I have severals T21P soft v. 34.72.0.75 and Hard v. 34.1.0.0.0.0.0 with this problem.
In the course of call hang up ramdomly.
The PBX is Asterisk in the suite Elastix 2.6
I think is the IP phone because I had changed another with eartphone muted

Hello Guilermo,

Can you start pcap trace and set syslog to level 6 under Setting-> Configuration then export it when the issue happens.
We will check why the call is disconnected.
