Full Version: T48G Skype firmware phone and BToE funxction not working

Hi ,
I've downloaded and installed the BToE software onto my laptop connected to T48G by Ethernet , but I wasn't asked to install drivers and the software doesn't pair with phone. Could you give me a link where i couold get the windows 7 drivers of this phone or explain me how could I fix the problem? I followed step by sted the installation guide provided at link you suggested: http://www.yealink.com/solution_info.asp...teid=1328.

What's the firmware of T48G?
And I think you have imported a license?
Please do a reset and check again.

The firmware is the latest on your support SIP-T48G (35.7.0.50) UC Edition.
I didn't know about the license: coul you provide me the license for my device? The MAC is 0015658849F1

Hi,

You can download the Lync firmware from the link below.
And the 7.7.0.56.rom is Lync firmware for T22, the T48-35.7.0.56.rom is the Lync firmware for T48G.
You need to upgrade to Lync firmware and reset the phone after upgrading.
And you need a license to make the phone work normally.
You can fill the register form and send it to us, we will apply the license for you. And the license is free.
