I have a directory and blf keys and a phonebook. how can I have the system dial the number with the extension? thanks.

for BLF , you can just press it , then it will dial the extension number it monitored !

I meant in terms of outside. Such an en external number. For example I wanted to push a button and dial 1-800-123-4567#9867
