Hi!
I have yealink t38g and XML-Book connected to it.
If I'll call a subscriber from the book - I'll see name and number from the book, but if a subscriber will call me - I'll see only his number (without name).

Second question. If I'll dial number from keypad, a subscriber exist in book, I'll see only his number (when press call).

for this issue, please upgrade to the newest firmware first , firmware download link :

then enable the Match Remote Phone Book, webpage path :

Phone -> Features -> General Information -> Match Remote Phone Book
