Full Version: T21 and T23 Call Park, Green BLF light stays on

Hi There,

I am having a lot of trouble configuring 3CX V 14 with the T21 and T23. I am not able to provision call Park 0, 1, etc on on the BLF fields via the 3CX management console. Even thought I do save and apply and then reset and provision the phones, the BLF's do not change. I have then gone into the individual phone web interfaces and changed the DSS Key to either BLF or Call Park and have put in the extension number to park the call To,. However the light stays green all of the time and then turns to red whenever I park a call to that BLF. This is great however is there an easier way to provision these phones with call park? In addition, how do I TURN OFF the green lights and have it only on whenever I make a call or turn RED when I park a call?

For your question:
1. Please go to web interface->features->generally information->BLF LED Mode, you can change to 1 or 2. After setting, the led only will light when the monitored user receive an incoming call.
2. Do you use the 3CX provision template? You can use Yealink auto provisioning template. For more info, you can refer to the link below.
