Holla!

I have a Yealink T41P Phone here that is stuck on: Welcome, Initializing...please wait.

I've searched the forums for a solution and found that there is a way to recover the phone using ''Recovery files'' however, all the links posted are either dead/require login.

I did notice that the recovery files are being sent trough a PM. So i was hoping i could receive the Recovery files and get this phone back into bussines!

Hi,

You are responding on a very old thread.

Yealink doesn't provide recovery mode files directly to end users for security reasons.

Please contact your distributor or service provider to do the recovery mode for you, they are willing to help you.
