i would like to know, what is SIP Notify in the phone? on the features page there is a setting "SIP Notify" its disabled by default, do i need to enable it, in order for BLF and park BLF to work properly? (my customers are having issues with BLF, sometimes it flashes, but sometimes it doesn't.) i would appreciate a quick response!!

This SIP Notify is related to Pushxml but not BLF.
Can you describe more details of your BLF issue?
