Is there a W52 base hardware reset procedure?
I have a base on 25.40.0.15 that won't go into handset discovery mode - the light never flashes after holding down the button. It also won't " Reset to Factory" via the GUI - it says "Resetting , please wait ...", but nothing happens.

Can you plug off the power and test again?
Can you reset base using the handset?

The base reset finally worked, but I don't know why. Perhaps because I didn't touch it overnight.
I wasn't able to try reset via handset because the base wouldn't enter pairing mode until after the successful reset.
