Could you help me to get proper bin and rfs files for FW 25.50.0.22
On official site there is only rom FW files.

BTW, why do you need the files and where do you know the method?

I get this method from oficial instuction "Recovery Mode on Yealink IP Phones_V80_60.pdf". This document is in free accsess in internet.
Main purpose is to download from FW 25.73.0.37.

After downgrading FW my device can't obtain IP adress.
But in recovery mode I can ping it by 192.168.0.100 and reinstall FW. Also I can't get to Web UI.

Do the W52P.rom is 25.50.0.22 ? Why do you want to downgrade the firmware?
Please download the latest firmware from the link: http://support.yealink.com/attachmentDow...3.0.40.zip
And rename the rom file to W52P, please use the latest firmware and recovery mode again.

I have done this way, situation doesn't changed. Device can't obtain ip adress and only power lamp is lighted.

Please try to hard reset the base and test again.
1.Disconnect power from base.
2.Press Paging button on base, at the meantime, connect with power supplier. You​ may find all the light lit one by one
3.Release Paging button, disconnect power, connect power again.

Where and when do you buy the phone? I think the phone maybe have hardware problem, so please contact with you vender for help.
