Full Version: voice mail message

Hello,

From pcap trace, phone does receive a NOTIFY message from server. But the voice-message info is 0/0 which mean that there is no any new and old voice mail. So phone doesn't display any voice mail icon.

Messages-Waiting: no
Message-Account: sip:asterisk@192.168.100.202:5061
Voice-Message: 0/0 (0/0)

Do you have any other account which can be registered in the T46G? If not, please also get a pcap in T48G so we can confirm it is a server problem or phone problem.

Here the new file....
Sorry, there is no voice message packet in the pcap trace, plesae make sure that you get it by follow steps:

enable "Suscribe for MWI" under Account-> Advanced, and set subscription period to 60s. Then go to Setting->Configuration, enable pcap trace, after several minutes later, stop and export it to us.
