My speaker phone is not working properly on my sip-t38g. I am looking for a repair center that will referbish my phone so I can use the speaker phone feature. It just sounds like static. Any clues would be very helpful.

Form your description,do you mean the scenario is that after you press the "speaker" button,there is no "du du" voice?

or when the call set up,you can not hear the voice of other side with speaker mode?

if not,please point out if any misunderstanding!

if yes,please adjust the volume to biggest after you press the speaker button firstly,then test again!

after that,if this issue still exist,please upgrad to the last formware(38.70.0.185) and rest to factory,then test again!

after you finished the above operations,if this issue still exist,Please send the level 6 system log, config.bin file and PCAP traces to

support@yealink.com.
