Hi, Trying to get this working on a phone here config below - but the phone is not accepting the tar file - nothing in the syslog to indicate why even at syslog 6

vpn.cnf is

client
remote xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
nobind
port xxxx
proto udp
dev tun
com-lzo
verb 3

ca /config/openvpn/keys/ca.crt
cert /config/openvpn/keys/client.crt
key /config/openvpn/keys/client.key

the certs are all named as above - SHA1 certificates - no error message received from the phone on attempts to upload

file structure is

vpn.cnf
keys directory
ca.crt
client.crt
client.key

can you please offer any suggestions?

firmware is 32.70.0.130 which we are not able to upgrade from at the moment.
Hello

Maybe these files are not compressed correctly.
Can you please send your tar sample to Support@yealink.com. I will check it. You can mask sensitive info.
