Registered a SIP account line and all was fine. Upgraded the phone to the most current FW 52.80.060 from the previous. Now, I get dial tone but no outgoing calls. Suggestions?

Did the upgrade after resetting the phone but still can't get it to register the SIP account line and all selects are properly inputted, too. ! Perhaps I can try to rollback the update to the old (one before last) one?
Hello, can you have a try of resetting after upgrading.
And may I know what's the previous firmware you use?
