Dear Support,

I configured some extensions as BLF. But the light seems to be off always. I am not able to know whether that extension is registered or not.

How can i make BLF light green for idle extensions.

For this isuue,

first of all,please upgrad to the last firmware and rest to factory,you can download the last firmware from below link:

Secondly,ensure you have configured BLF feature successfully

if the above operations could not fix this issue,Please send the level 6 system log, config.bin file and PCAP traces to support@yealink.com.
