Hi All,
I am trying to get this wireless headset to work properly.
The user should be able to touch the button on the headset to answer and to hang up calls but this function is not working.

I have spoken to the local Yealink Distributor and he has asked me to load on the current firmware from the UK V80-UK 45.80.23.1 I did have the latest from the Yealink.com website T27-45.80.0.70

Firmware for the EHS
Ext

EHS Hardware Version 48.0.0.0

EHS Firmware Version 3.16.0.0

Can anyone offer some words of wisdom as I have spent far too long on this and it is frustrating.

The headset itself is working just the remote answer not working. I belive this wired correctly.
There still is a RJ11 to RJ11 going between the phone and the headset.
There is an RJ45 to RJ45 going between the headset and EHS36
There is a RJ11 to RJ12? Going between the phone EXT port to EHS36

Help.
Thanks

Hello John,

Please check the user guide of EHS36.

There should be a RJ12 between phone and EHS36.
And there should be a RJ-9 between phone and headset.
Make sure that they are connected correctly and tightly.
Thanks for the reply James,
Sorry for the delay I was not alerted to the reply.

How you describe is how I have wired.
Just to confirm Handset does not move.
RJ45 between EHS36 and headset station
RJ12 (ext) to EHS36
RJ9 ( headset logo ) to base station ( telephone logo )

Headset light is on

Can not answer and disconnect calls from the headset as it should.
