I am using T23G phones along with FreePBX Endpoint Manager (commercial version).

Can anybody help me out with how to configure the Yealink side of it to pull the firmware via TFTP?

My firmware files are on my Asterisk server.
The phone is set to static IP, not DHCP.

You need to do it through autoprovision. Please check autoprovison guide:
