Full Version: Cannot use second handset

This week I purchased a W52P Yealink base plus two handsets. One handset works fine, and the other one does not. I cannot make or receive calls with handset number 2.
I’ve checked the firmware: the same on both handsets. Paging and intercom both work. These are the parameters of the hardware and firmware:

Handset W52P
Hardware 26.0.0.10
Firmware 26.73.188.2

Base
Hardware 25.1.0.0.0.0.0
Firmware 25.73.188.4

Could you please help me get this problem solved? Thanks!
Have you tired unregistering the first handset and only registering this troubled one?
Hello,

You only register one account in the base.
If you want to use second handset, please change the incoming line and outgoing line for H2 to first account.
