I need to set a softkey that while talking on the phone you can transfer to a specific extension with just pushing the softkey. How can I do this?

Which model phone do you have?

Is it a specific number you want the caller forwarded to (So the same number every time the button is pressed) or is it the case that you want the operator to be able to specify where the call gets transferred to?
