We have deployed 15 T20IP. The users are saying that voice mail does not kick in until around 8-10 rings. Is there a provisioning parameter in the t20p to shorten the number of rings. Thank u

Hi jnewman,

Do you use the No Answer Forward? You can change "After Ring Time(0~120s)" from 0 to 120s.
