After a month of monitoring a client, we don’t know the cause of certain registration drops. After reboot they also don’t re-register (stay UNREACHABLE). We always have to get into the Yealink platform (by surfing the IP) to register the phones again.
The setup:
3 IP-phones (2xT22P, 1T38G) are connected to a local network and register on our cloud hosted Asterisk PBX.
we checked the router, after a while we even used a STUN server to avoid NAT problems, we changed a few Yealink advanced settings, took down firewalls, but nothing works.
are there settings we should change? Is this problem known?
