After a month of monitoring a client, we don’t know the cause of certain registration drops. After reboot they also don’t re-register (stay UNREACHABLE). We always have to get into the Yealink platform (by surfing the IP) to register the phones again.

The setup:
3 IP-phones (2xT22P, 1T38G) are connected to a local network and register on our cloud hosted Asterisk PBX.

we checked the router, after a while we even used a STUN server to avoid NAT problems, we changed a few Yealink advanced settings, took down firewalls, but nothing works.

are there settings we should change? Is this problem known?
Hi Cloud Communications,

1. Please check the network connection again. Because unstable network will reduce this kind of issue.

2. Please double check that the power adapter of phones are right. Maybe the undervoltage and undercurrent will reduce this kind of issue.

3. Do you enable the session timer? Change the Session Expires(30~7200s) to shorter.

If above steps have been checked well, please supply me the Syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap.
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start, and reproduce the issue, then click Stop, and export the trace, syslog, config, bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot. Take T28 v71 for example)

These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.
