What is the latest firmware version for T46G? Version 28.71.23.1 (co.uk site) or 28.71.0.170 (com site)?

We have the latest firmware in below link. This is for global version.

Version 28.71.23.1 in co.uk site is the latest firmware for YUK.(It has some special settings in this special version)
